I’m so very pleased this replacement flap even exists! My 30 year old Ideal Pet Products Patio Door has been an essential part of my household for all this time. My three successive golden retrievers have used the patio door to go in and out to our yard, to play or to potty. The original flap developed a tear up at the top and I was so relieved to find out that the company was still in business and that I could actually get a new flap! We got our dog door from a family member and the old flap was completely sun warped. I was able to screw this replacement flap on in the five minutes I had before leaving for work and it’s perfect! Good seal to keep out bugs and excessive heat. Easy for my small dog to push through.

Good to find a company which provides replacement parts - in this case a plastic flap for a dog door. Delivery was prompt and the installation was easy.

Easy to install and fits perfectly, hope this one lasts longer than the original one did. However it was -35 without windchill the day the original snapped off.
