How the heck do you get the color insert you want? I’ve ordered it twice and keep getting white?

I don’t think they do the black one anymore. The fire tone I ordered had one black one white and that was over a year ago; I’ve ordered another 10 probably and every single one since has only had white ones.

Are those the interior dimensions or the exterior dimensions?

It is a 6 sided box. The bottom is glued on. There are no pre-drilled holes for the box to be hung on the wall. Thank you.
