Confused. Says three way power? I know one is by insertable batteries and other by car boat cigarette lighter option. Does it have a wall outlet plug

Unit does come with a wall outlet plug. When the plug is used it powers the unit and recharges the battery at the same time.

How does the cd work on this boombox?

Works great! Love it! Out of the few hundred CDs I have only a couple don't play not sure why. Sound is awesome and doesn't skip works as good as a car CD player!

It gets plenty loud and has a nice bass sound. I've never turned it up all of the way, because it would be too loud for my neighbors.
