Fantastic for keeping food hot/warm at a buffet. Extremely good for cooking three separate recipes. Would recommend.

I love it. It fits in a pan drawer so doesn't take up counter space when not in use. Easy to clean too.

Best buy if you like batch cooking
The triple slow cooker was received promptly, in fact a day early. I have already tried it out with some batch cooking. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to. I even checked the warmer and worked beautifully. It will make such a difference if you’re into batch cooking like me. Also will be very handy for Christmas dinner preparations. Well worth the money and customer service couldn’t have been better. I would happily buy again from Benross

Tasty food low running cost time saving
Excellent, heat output very good, food taste delicious. I cooked braised steak and slow cooked veg, and didn't use much electricity, it's easy to clean and the lids perfect fit a good all rounder , takes up minimum space, and frees me up more time to do other tasks .

Great product
Purchased the product to keep different dishes warm when having a house party. It does the job well. The pots are big enough to hold a lot of food and keep it warm so avoiding the need to constantly fill up each pot because they are running out of food. My only gripe is that the unit is big and heavy. We store it in the garage and bring it out for house parties so the weight is a factor. The only other practical aspect is the length of the power lead is short. A bit longer would have been helpful. Other than that, it's a great piece of kit.

Item came well packaged and arrived promptly. Very pleased with the slow cooker and it has been used nearly every day. The pots are a good size,not too big and not too small! So good to be able to have different temperatures for each individual pot. Main, side and dessert in one go, what's not to like.

Replacement pot
Excellent product i bought this 2020 and very useful especially in this cold weather in UK it keeps our food warm. My question to the seller is can i buy a replacement pot as my husband reheated food on the cooker top and its not suitable for that use so it was broken . Please tell me where to buy a replacement.
