The index is incredible and helps find even briefly mentioned, but important topics in the book. I have actually read this entire textbook cover to cover and continue to pull it out for reference during research and other upper division BIO courses. BUY THIS BOOK AND KEEP IT if you have any interest in studying plants.

I purchased this for a plant physiology course. This is one of the best text books I have read. It is very easy to understand. There are keywords defined on the side of every page. There are excellent diagrams/pictures/graphs on almost every page to help make sense of the information presented. The index is incredible and helps find even briefly mentioned, but important topics in the book. I have actually read this entire textbook cover to cover and continue to pull it out for reference during research and other upper division BIO courses. BUY THIS BOOK AND KEEP IT if you have any interest in studying plants.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheap option to University rentals!

This was a cheaper alternative to my universities rentals. The textbook I rented did come used (as expected) with water damage on the front cover and half of the pages. I don't mind as I will only be using it for a semester!
