The LED lights are easy on the eyes. Not too bright like some are. There are several functions. Some with twinkle lights which I love. Easy to assemble. It was now time to retire the old tree for a new one. Love the fact that they kept the same size bulbs and did not go with what I've been seeing at other stores with the new tiny lights. Also love the way it changes colors and twinkles, with so many different variations. Love it! This tree (7.5 ft tall) came in 4 pieces instead of 3, which was a nice surprise! I believe that it makes it less weight to pick up and to put together. As you can see by the pictures I have taken, I did not fluff the tree yet, because I have a question and a slight issue that I am pretty sure that this company will be able to help me with. To be fair, it is after Christmas and the eve of New Years Eve, so when I called the customer service number, they aren't open at this time and their mailbox was full. I will try again during a "normal" work week soon. Meanwhile, my question is, what are these little colored (yellow, white and red) plastic caps I see throughout the tree branches? Can I remove them? If they can't be removed, then I doubt that they will be noticeable once I have my ornaments on and lights on. The only problem I have with the tree, is that I have a branch missing its plastic piece to keep it in place.
