I'm looking for is code da29-00020b-1. this code doesn't have the -1. is it the same?

I have the Samsung fridge. Same code pattern as yours with the 1 on the end. The filter fits perfect and works great. This is our 3rd purchase of these.

Are these filters nsf/ansi standard 42 and also nsf/ansi standard 53? the samsung brand walter filter i bought yesterday in the store is both.

NSF/ansi standard 42, these cost $10 whereas the Samsung brand costs $50 in my Lowe's store after tax. I prefer to save the $240 on a six pack!

What country is this made in?

The box says made in P.R.C. i am guessing that is the People's Republic of China.
