This potfiller was very difficult to install for us. We had to grind down the fitting with a knife because no stores had the exact right size. After finally getting This installed, it looked great. Now just a month later it is extremely stiff and appears to be separating at the joints. I do t k ow who to contact or how to contact them. There is no option under my “orders” section.

Update to original post:Within months after installing the pot filler cannot be used. It is almost completely lifted and is so stiff you cannot even move the filler to use it. Don't waste your time or money, you'll be replacing it within a few months!What a pain in the @$$ to install. Had to wrap the coupling in a ton of teflon tape to get it to stop leaking. I think this would have been an issue with any potfill we installed just because of how they get installed. The depth off the tile has to perfect or it either wont seal or the cover bracket sticks off the wall. Managed to get it to work and it looks and works great but i am nervous it may leak on my new range one day

Don’t waste your money! We bought this pot filler in August and in February it stopped working. It gets stiff because of the heat of the stove when cooking and it won’t move anymore. Please don’t waste your money on this. It is not worth it. The plastic material on the inside pops up with the heat and then the pot filler starts leaking water everywhere.My sister in law bought the same pot filler after me and just happened the same to her.

Poor quality product. Not able to with stand pressure at the hinge points and sprays water. The hinge points don't stay together at all. We also had a professional install this product and he said we needed to splurge and get a Moen or Kohler (which we knew).

I bought this item in August 2019 it was hard to install. After my husband installed it looked great and worked wonderful until recently I noticed that it was separating from the joints and it’s stiff so I can’t use it anymore. I don’t see an option to contact the seller. If the seller reads this please contact me. I would like a replacement.

Very satisfied with this pot filler. My plumber installed it and it works well. I love the way it looks and the price was very reasonable. The seller has been very accommodating and responsive to my questions regarding the product.

Love the design. Feels sturdy. I was going to buy one from Delta at home Depot like this but cost almost 400$, so I decided on this one after reading the reviews. I'm glad I got it, but will post pics later after the backsplash is installed. Very modern look and love how it feels.

I was remodeling my kitchen and decided to I install one of these to make it easier to refill my water filter tanks. I've been pretty satisfied with it. Reading several reviews most people who had issue installed it above their stoves and the heat was causing issues. Since I wasnt doing that I figured it would do better. So far so good...
