If you move the number ring does that mean you have to re-hang the board every time? Can you do it with what's included?

I bought it but after some time practicing I noticed that the darts leave holes and they do not go away. Is this normal?

The holes the darts leave in the board do not disappear.I do not recommend.

What size darts? Grams?

18. Too light for me. I bought Grebarley darts steel tip set. 6 darts in 20 grams and6 darts in 22 grams. Suit for me.
