This supplement is great to digestion and also eye doc recommends it for dry eyes. Pill is a little large, but taking with food and water does help.

Wow, I didn’t expect this bottle to be this huge. 300 capsules. I probably bought and forgot about it since I need these for my bowel movement and omega 3 supplement, which help to lower my triglycerides. Fast delivery. Box is intact. Will last for a long time.Doesn’t smell as bad. I know I’m supposed to drink with a meal but I drink this early in the morning with an empty stomach as I normally do with the liquid supplement. So far so good.

It’s the same supplement I’ve taken for years. There’s no flavor, it’s a large format pill, and it’s somewhat expensive but it’s from a reputable manufacturer. It’s not like a boutique cheese from an artisan creamery that needs a plethora of adjectives to describe it. Does it help, well according to my lab work, yes, yes it does.
