Abbington Rectangle Coffee Table, Pewter

Needed a rectangular coffee table to replace a square one that was taking up too much living room. The Hillsdale Abbington Rectangle Coffee Table filled both the size and shape requirement plus pewter tone metallic construction.Called the distributor in KY to find out that the tempered glass top is 8mm thick with a beveled edge. Their CSR was very polite and helpful.This table is delivered in two boxes which was noted nowhere on the first box to arrive. Three days later, the glass showed up.After putting it together (an easy job), it looks just OK. Nothing grossly awful, just nothing special either. For the money, it will work until or if something more interesting comes along.

I like everything about this table except the assembly. One really needs a helper to put it together mostly to hold one part while working on another and attaching the top to the suction cups evenly.

The box came with a gash across the whole thing all the way to the table. No damage though, very well packaged and looks great in the living room.

Delivered in 5 days, looks great. Easy to assemble. Glass is great quality. Table looks exactly as pictured. Just as nice as any I've seen in stores.
