I wear these road-cycling, under a short sleeve jersey. They're a perfect weight for early morning rides in Southern California summers. I liked the whites so well I ordered a red, and was surprised to see that it was really a bright reddish orange. I have other similar shirts in red red, but found that the orangy red will go well with some of my jerseys (and clash with others). I'm happy - but one orangy-red is enough for my collection. BTW, the medium is a nice snug fit on me, 5'9"/145 lb.

The EXIO compression long sleeved shirt and leggings are comfortable for long walks of 5-10 miles. They gently compress the muscles and outer layer to offer just the right comfort level for exercise exertion. Lightweight material and UV for the sun makes them a great choice no matter what time of day you make that run or walk. They wash and dry easily in cold water by hand. Highly recommended. Actually purchased a blue, yellow and black matching set. The mix and match well too for something different.

Sizes run a little small, so order on size up from normal size, but delighted with the product once I got the right size.

I bought one shirt to try this brand out, sadly it runs a bit small, and I'm a bigger person at this time. The quality seems good, and the breath ability also seems not bad. but the smaller fit made me take it off right away, as I felt too constricted. I am 5'7, 250 lbs., bought a XXL.
