It is honestly hard to tell where they are manufactured. Solimo is the house brand for Amazon, They are then manufactured by Personna. Personna is owned by Edgewell who own Shick, Personna is their private label group. They have plants based all over the world so it is hard to nail down where one is manufactured. They do however have 3 plants in the USA.

How do these compare to schick 5

I have used the Schick 5 as well, but i like these better. I am 10 shaves in and still on the first blade, no tugging or pulling. The edger for side burns has come in very handy as well. I will buy these from now on and save the money.

Will these blades fit on my women's solimo handle?

Fits Women’s Solimo handle and my Schick Quattro handle.

Do these have the single blade at the top for small areas?

Yes, it has the single trimmer blade on the back side of cartridge. It’s on my blades here at home & I use it to get an accurate edge to my mustache & goatee.
