Review: Excellent press, an essential if you want to stick HTV - I've been a Cricut fan since buying and Explore 3 last autumn. I had a go at iron on vinyl but found it difficult to get the vinyl to stick with a standard iron as I had little control of the temperature and was concerned not to burn the garment. So during the last Prime day I ordered the 9" heat press, and very impressive it is. Simply set the temperature and time, place it over the HTV on the garment and press the timer. When it beeps, remove. I made my wife a printed t-shirt for her birthday using an iron, but after being worn a couple of the letters started peeling. Shortly after I received this press, so repeated the heating process using it. Despite the garment having been washed, the press meant that the vinyl bonded really well to the garment. About six washes in and everything is still looking good. This is very easy to use and comes with a durable plastic iron stand and carry bag. I might look at getting a mat to use under the garment, in case I dabble with infusible ink. An excellent upgrade for anyone wanting to apply HTV.

It heats up quickly and beeps when it's ready also changes from red to green on/off button..... The only thing is.. it does take a long time to cool down but that's not an issue with how well it works. You only need to press a few buttons to get started temperature and timer and it does the rest of the work for you all you have to do is hold it down really! I love it .. its brilliant the results are just amazing and I highly recommend.

**Q: Can this be used on heat transfer paper?**
A: I’ve not tried it myself but yes it can be used with heat transfer paper. The EasyPress is just like an iron but it gets hotter and has a bigger platform!

**Q: What's the lowest temperature it can be set to and is the heating element metal?**
A: 100 C

**Q: can anyone who uses their EasyPress regularly for 12/18 months comment on if they are still working well, thanks?**
A: I've had mine almost 12 months, well used may take a break for a few weeks here and there but not had any problems with it

**Q: Could i use this to make a phone case with a sublimation case or not ? x**
A: I think yes. I've used it for loads of things as long as the surface is flat and will accept heat its great. Did coasters and all sorts. Check the website for ideas and check heat setting and time. Obviously you need a sublimation printer as well.

I've been a Cricut fan since buying and Explore 3 last autumn. I had a go at iron on vinyl but found it difficult to get the vinyl to stick with a standard iron as I had little control of the temperature and was concerned not to burn the garment. So during the last Prime day I ordered the 9" heat press, and very impressive it is. Simply set the temperature and time, place it over the HTV on the garment and press the timer. When it beeps, remove. I made my wife a printed t-shirt for her birthday using an iron, but after being worn a couple of the letters started peeling. Shortly after I received this press, so repeated the heating process using it. Despite the garment having been washed, the press meant that the vinyl bonded really well to the garment. About six washes in and everything is still looking good. This is very easy to use and comes with a durable plastic iron stand and carry bag. I might look at getting a mat to use under the garment, in case I dabble with infusible ink. An excellent upgrade for anyone wanting to apply HTV.
