Having worked as a service director in the compatible consumables marketplace I was not expecting great things from this product. However the price was so substantially lower than the OEM that I thought it worth the risk. The product arrived promptly and was as ordered. It was extremely well packaged and opening it had the look and feel of a quality product from a professional source. Installation in the printer revealed sharp crisp print quality even when mixed with OEM and other compatibles in the same machine. On the whole I have been delighted with this purchase and would recommend accordingly.

I really like the price, now I know were to come

Bought these to go into our Brother printer at work. Had issues with the Black toner where the printer said it was empty only after a few weeks of low usage. I contacted V4ink and they immediately dispatched a replacement set. Once received the new black toner worked.I would recommend V4ink as they responded quickly to my issue and also resolved it.

Quick delivery, no superfluous packaging (handy because a set of toners takes up a lot of storage space) and even relevant installation instructions - very good. Have yet to install in the printer, so can't comment on toner performance but confident based on other user very positive feedback.UPDATE: Have now installed and using 2 of the 4 toner pack - no issues on cartridge recognition by the printer, and colour print looks exactly the same as with the Brother originals. Happy bunny.

Promised delivery in one day did not happen

I have used them for over a month now, and can't tell any difference between these and the original expensive toners.The detailed instructions were very helpful.

Works perfectly on my printer without any problems

I have bought many a cartridge from these guys over the last couple of years, but when one goes wrong, they are nowhere to be seen. I've emailed, emailed and emailed with no response. So, yes, the cartridges have been good and are competitively priced, but at the first sign of a problem this seller has disappeared. No more custom from me.

Für unseren Drucker Brother HP HL-4140CN sind die Kartuschen vollkommen kompatibel. Das Druckergebnis ist nach unserem ersten Kartuschenaustausch wie mit ursprünglich gelieferten.Ich habe zunächst eine Kartusche - wie per Display gefordert - ausgetauscht. Diese hat das Gerät erkannt und ich konnte unverzüglich weiter drucken. Ich würde mir nur ejne Rücksendung der leeren Patronen wübschen.Beim späteren Tausch von drei Kartuschen - wobei ich nicht mehr sagen kann, ob nur eine angefordert war - bin ich verfahren, wie es im Begleittext angegeben war. Dies hat funktioniert und wir drucken wieder in gewohnter Qualität.

Problemloser Austausch der Tonerkassetten, sehe keinen Unterschied in der Druckqualität zu den Original Tonerkassetten. Über die Lebensdauer kann ich noch keine Aussagen treffen.

Ich habe 2 dieser Sets bestellt, und das Geld war zum Fenster rausgeworfen, da die Druckerpartonen rot und Blau aus irgend einem Grund das Tonerpulver unten an der Walze übermässig rauslaufen lassen. Das führt dazu, dass sich das Pulver überall verteilt, und am Ausdruck wirklich grässliche rote und blaue Flecken zu sehen sind. Nach dem Reinigen des gesamten Druckers passt es wieder für 3-5 Ausdrucke, dann ist wieder das selbe Problem.Ich habe sogar die neuen Partonen gegen das zweite Set ausgetauscht, wieder nach kürzester Zeit dasselbe.

Ich kann gar nicht nachvollziehen, woher die guten Bewertungen kommen.Habe die CYAN-Kartusche gewechselt, ab der zweiten-dritten Seite erschienen hässliche Farbflecke auf jeder Seite. Ausdrucke sind unbrauchbar, Reinigen der Walze usw. bringt nichts.Nie wieder irgendwas von dieser Firma.
