ZewaUAM-830XL Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor with XL Cuff

Mom has 18 inch upper arms; she is a bit large at 290 pounds (including this info for folks around the same size & having difficulty finding a BP monitor with a large enough cuff). This Zewa BP Monitor with XL Cuff fits wonderfully with room to spare. It seems to be accurate with readings running the same as the doctor's office visits. We are very pleased with this product; the cuff is not too stiff to use and the process takes just seconds. The directions are simple and easy to understand. We LOVE the carry case that came with the monitor. This comes with a card to send in for either another cuff or the power supply; very handy so that you don't have to use batteries - and it even came with the 4 AA batteries! The air hose is a little short but works perfectly for her when laying her arm on a table as the instructions suggest. We are very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this product.

Got it in time, well-packaged, the instructions are clear...what more can you want? Well, low blood pressure! These readings were entirely within the previous parameters of the doctor/nurse readings. I appreciate the truth as evidenced by this monitor. By the way, I had to get an xl cuff because my arms are 18 inches. Based on how this fits, I might have gone one size lower in this brand!

Recieved well packaged. Easy to apply and operate. I like that it has memory storage as well. Nice size x-large cuff. Seems accurate. we be comparing it to the doctor's office on Monday, so we will see how well it does. (Although I know that the ONLY ACCURATE is a manual cuff. But the office girls only use the machine.) Being a RN, at work we use the manual cuff when any questions arise. This is well worth the money.

My BP monitor that I was using had gotten old and unreliable. While scrolling through what Amazon had to offer this model caught my eye because it offered 2 cuffs, one regular and one extra large. I need a larger cuff so I was delighted not to have to order one additionally.

First you sell me a product that does not work properly.Secondly, you stick me with the cost of return shipping.Thirdly, you say you want 15% for a restocking fee.Summing it up you want to cost me money and give me nothing for it and then resell the product to some other unsuspecting person! Are you insane!! The BS about it must not have been opened or used or you charge the restocking fee is simply theft designed to bully people into not returning your junk! How would I know that your product was defective if I did not try it?! Basically, you sell junk and charge people money to give it back to you so you can resell the same junk again!! What a scam!I have read reviews saying they received it in a timely manner and it looked great etc. This is true, however the machine gives falsely high readings and could lead to unnecessary treatment and medications that have potentially harmful side effects.If you purchased this product, take it to your doctors office and have them compare the blood pressure readings they get with their professional equipment with the readings this machine gives you. You may find, as I did that the readings are 10 to 20 points higher using this machine than the readings your health professional gets from their professional grade equipment. I did this with two different doctors and a nurse and the result was always the same.DO NOT let the company convince you that you just are not using the equipment correctly! The doctors and nurses know how to use it correctly and still it turns out to be defective. Blood pressure is a serious health issue. Do not let a greedy huckster rob you of your health. My doctors were concerned about these inaccurate readings and I had to restart my record keeping efforts which delays correct treatment options for another 3 months. I will be alright since my heart failure is mild. Will you?!

I have 16" biceps and this cuff is plenty big. My old one would give me bad reading and the larger cuff seems to do the trick. I would buy again if needed. The memory function is nice as well as the large digital display.

Bought this for my husband, as his Dr. wants him to monitor his BP. It's a nice little cuff and machine, but it doesn't let you know when the batteries are low and we noticed that if the batteries aren't taken out and conserved the readings are off; there's really not point in taking your BP if the readings aren't going to be accurate (consistent) each time. The variable shouldn't be that the batteries you put in 2 days ago (name brand - high quality) are running low. It does have the option for a plug that you can buy separately, which is why it has 3 stars vs. only 1.
