I'm new to drinking tea and decided to buy this to be able to use some loose-leaf tea I found in another website. When it comes to using this teapot, it is very easy and straightforward. The tea comes out beautifully and I have had no issues with the use itself. But when it comes to cleaning, the design isn't the best for clean up. My fingers are pretty fat too, so some of the leaves have gotten stuck in the crevices.There are no instructions that come with the product itself. And to anyone that's used a teapot like this before, that may not be a big thing. But it lead to some uncomfortable trial and error on my part.Still, the delivery itself was amazing and the time between ordering and receiving this teapot was about a week or a week and a half- so I barely had to wait anything.Overall, it is a great product and easy to use. Even though it isn't incredibly easy to clean. I would recommend to buy it, although with some caution to those people that have difficult getting their fingers in tight spaces. It also has a stunning look- the pictures do it justice- and it just brings me peace by being so beautiful.

It was a little smaller then what I was expecting but it holds roughly 3 small cups of tea so it’s OK. Very fragile.

Delicate but strong. I'm clumsy and have had great luck using this piece. Works well and is pretty. Love the handle

Inside infuser is not easy to clean, movable infuser tea pot is better than this one.

Doesn't work on a conventional stove.
