You take the black stopped and put it at the top of the door and close the door with it on the other side. You then place your back on the black padding on the bottom of the harness and lean back as the stopper on the door will hold and support your full weight. It does have an adjustable strap to set it to what is comfortable to you based on your height and flexibility. The black padding is very comfortable and doesnt hurt your back at all. The pink colour of it is very vibrant and a great accessory for any budding gymnast. The price is fantastic for what you get also. It came with no instructions but was very easy to put up.
