Be Koool Cooling Relief for Migraine, Soft Gel Sheets, 4 Sheets (Pack of 4)

Super soft & not sticky, stayed on for a while. Very relaxing, cooling feeling that helped relieve some of my head pain. I’ll definitely be purchasing more of these.

I have been using these patches for years as I get frequent headaches. Sometimes the use of a patch is enough to avoid using medication. They are cool, have a slight burning sensation, which distracts from the headache. I am never without them and always take them with me on trips.

I’m not someone who leaves reviews, but I’ve purchased so many of these I think they deserve it. I’m a girl who suffers from migraines. I’m on a monthly injection, as well as have a preventative prescription on the side. So I know pain.I’ve bought the headache caps, I’ve bought all the reusable ice things etc, but nothing eases my pain like these patches. Nothing. They give me such relief, comfort, they last hours, the smell is so faint but nice( I’m also extremely sensitive to smells), the size is perfect and you just slap them on your forehead. I was buying them at my local Walmart for a while but then they only sold the kid ones. Kids ones are great too. But I love the adult sized ones. I’ve even gifted packs to co workers I recommend these things so much.As someone who suffers from the pain of a migraine, it’s nice to have a product give such relief. 100/10 recommend.

I use these frequently due to health issues (body doesn't regulate temp correctly at times, so I feel too hot quickly). They help bring temperature right back down. They're also great for headaches.Do be warned, though, as it can be a shock when first applying it to your skin.You can put them in the fridge for a boost to the cooling effect but this will definitely "shock" you with how cool it'll feel (I personally can handle it but others in my family cannot).There's a very VERY slight menthol-type smell but it is not strong or overpowering at all and is hardly noticeable. The size is perfect to cover your forehead and not get into your hair and/or eyebrows. They do seem not as sticky/clingy as some I've gotten prior but they do stay stuck once applied.You cannot put it on, remove, and reapply... it will not stick correctly. You'll know when it's no longer doing anything as the blue gel stuff will be super thin, the outer backing (white part) will have wrinkling, and it's no longer giving a cooling effect.... this is usually after anywhere from 6-9 hours for me.You can leave it on until it is used up then remove (peel off) and simply throw it away.Be sure when you open the pouch you tear it across the top as close to the edge as possible, remove one, then roll down the pouch ensuring it's closed tightly to not allow the other one to dry out. They can (and do) dry out if left open/exposed to air.

These are amazing cooling pads to use when I get migranes. I keep these in my refrigerator at all times...and have for several years now.

been using these for years. they work better than any medication. make sure your skin is clean and dry before use and the strip will stay in place for hours. i purchased on amazon because much better price that local stores

Helpful comfort for migraines. Feels good underneath an eye mask. Good for travel too. Sometimes I cut them in half. Can last several hours.

The cooling patch is okay overall, but it doesn’t last 8 hours like it says on the packaging. For me, the cooling effect wears off after about 3 to 4 hours, and I have to replace it with a new one.The effect isn’t super strong, but it does provide some mild relief.
