Tasty and dissolves much better than other creatine supplements I have tried. It's a bit tart at first but after 3-4 days I got used to it, doesn't seem so extreme. I feel like my recovery from work out is better with this, hoping to notice less brain fog - I'm 64 and it can sneak up on you.

I ordered this creatine HCL because it’s more concentrated and much easier on the stomach compared to the cheaper creatine monohydrate formulas. I’ve tried monohydrate in the past, but unfortunately, it caused me a lot of bloating and discomfort. I have IBS with constipation, and while I don’t think the bloating was directly related to that, the monohydrate just made me feel overly full and uncomfortable—so I had to stop taking it.That’s when my brother recommended the HCL version, and I’m so glad I listened.Since switching, I’ve had zero bloating, no belly issues, and the best part? You only need a smaller dose to get results, so it feels easier on the body and possibly safer in the long run.I’ve been taking it for about a week and a half, and I can already feel my strength returning, especially in my legs after a period of underuse aside from hormonal body changes, affecting my muscles, causing me distress. Great creatine! I switched from monohydrate to this and I notice the bloating is less, stomach cramps are also less. I enjoy the flavor of the raspberry, it has a good zip of sour. Mixes into water just fine leaving no clumps or chalky texture

It has an ok flavor, I like to mix it with my vanilla protein powder which helps it taste better in my opinion. I bought it because I wanted to take some extra creatine during the day. I chose this because my pre-workout has this in it and I don't have any bloating or stomach issues with it. Will buy it again.

Most of us know the many benefits of taking Creatine. From muscle and brain benefits being the greatest advantages. Tried micronized Creatine monohydrate, followed protocol using 2 highly rated studied brands. Sadly they increased digestive issues substantially. Having IBS had hoped, heard the micronized monohydrate gut response would go away. Not for me. Had been aware of creatine HCL, but most of the studies were on creatine monohydrate. After changing to creatine HCL, digestive problems did not get any worse! I will take at least 1 serving per day and 2 on days that feel brain fog or muscle strain. This is easy to use (scoop included) mixes easily, travels well and tastes fine. Yes I do recommend this HCL Creatine by Con-Cret, especially those with gastric issue!

Very good value for money. Noticeable effects take about a month if not already using a creatine product. I’ve noticed improvement to muscle definition and I’m able to push a bit harder/longer in workouts. The raspberry flavor is a little strong, so I recommend putting it in a large glass of water.
