Review: Overload trips too early. - After installing this (easy to do) on an electric scooter, it would not pass enough power along to run the bike. Upon measuring the output, I found that the internal overload device tripped at just under 12 amps, not the 35 amps that is indicated on the unit. Edit: I guesed, later, that there would be some kind of overload adjustment inside the unit. I took the cover off and located two blue components with screws on top. One of them had the label "OL" on the circuit board. Turning the screw on that one allowed me to adjust the overload trip point to 35 amps as the unit advertised. I suppose they are assembled, but not calibrated at the factory. That could also account for the other user whose device failed to trip. So, I put it up to 4 stars, for lack of documentation and quality control.
