I am happy it works with my iPhone7 to listen to music and for conversations too!
Happy that it was delivered within a day or two! I apologise that just an hour ago I reviewed this product which at that particular time I thought it had faults but right now I have tried it with a different adapter and it works for both conversations and to listen to music too!!! Now I know the problem is the adapter (with splitter)I bought together with this item has a problem!! So the review below no longer valid. (But I bought this item to use it for my call centre type headset (RJ9) with my iPhone 7. I do not understand why it is only works to listen to music 🎧 but NOT for conversation! I bought it for conversation not to listen music 🎵! So basically, I can not use it for the purpose I needed it for! Can someone advise me maybe I have to do something on my settings? Otherwise I am afraid I have to return it!!)

Had to return it as would not enable my Plantronics (RJ9 plug) headset to work with my Samsung mobile.

Used it to convert an analogue landline phone into a headset.
Worked fine to convert an old landline phone for use as a headset with mobile/PC.

I bought this adaptor as I had a call centre type earphone for a temporary workaround as the wife’s Bluetooth set have up the ghost. When the headset turned up it’s designed for use straight to a landline type phone with an RJ9 connector. I did some research and found this adaptor RJ9 female to 3.5mm headphone jack. When it turned up I just simply plugged it in and hey presto the headset now works. I plugged it straight into her laptop and onto the RJ9 male connector of the headset then configured her setup, sorted. I would recommend this adaptor at the current price point.
