Q: Just received my bench and it’s Missing part number #9 (metal plate). Can you send it ?

I received mine torn and cracked and Day 1 refused to help. Hope they took care of this for you back then.

Q: what's the length and width of the back pad and seat pad?

Hello, Back pad: 32" Long. 10.5” wide at the bottom through approximately the 18” mark going up the back pad. The remaining 13” tapers to approximately 8.5” in width at the head. Seat Pad: 16.5" Long. 14.5" wide at edge. 10.75" wide at the hinge. Regards, D1F

Q: Do the ankle rollers get in the way of foot position or do they detach?

Hello, The foam pads should not get in the way of foot position as the width of them spans about the same width as the seat pad. If your personal preference is to remove these pads for more comfortable feet placement, you can do so by removing them with a hex key. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Q: I am concerned that this bench would scratch the finished floor of my basement. Are the contact points with the floor rubberized?

The base of the bench is not rubberized, but we highly suggest that you should be using a mat underneath of the bench and in your home gym area. This would also serve as added protection to the floor for before, during, and after your workout. Sometimes weights or bars can easily fall which is why it could be beneficial for that extra flooring protection.
