Review: OXO sink mat. - Fit my sink well and a good protector for it also. Review: Excellent Functional Design, Sanitary and EZ to Clean and Maintain - I did not expect to like this, BUT, I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this and wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone! I'm a traditional old stock reliable tools fan, so once I find something that works well, I'm a die hard fan. I WAS a die hard fan of the Rubbermaid real rubber sink mats which, is no longer available. So I reviewed what seemed like many different options, going back and forth, and finally decided to take the plunge on this OXO Good Grips All-Silicone Sink Mat. (Note: I had previously tried the OXO sink mat with the white and gray combination material because it was prettier but thought better of it and returned it because the combination of the two materials made me worry about food debris, mold or bacteria getting stuck in between.) 1) This does not stain, like the Rubbermaid sink mat did which I used to have which required soaking in bleach to remove the stains and get it back to white. It must be silicone in this one that resists stains. 2) As to the design and structure of this silicone mat, this mat is sturdy and there are little "feet" every so many inches on the underside, so it keeps the mat surface off of or rather, raised above the bottom of the sink which prevents debris from getting stuck under the mat, allows for air circulation making for easy cleaning and more sanitary. 3) I also appreciate its heat resistance properties. I know longer have to remove the mat when I pour hot water down the drain, AND I can set a hot pot directly on to this in the sink. 4) As to the color, it's a dull medium grey, but that's how silicone is...it has a dull finish. I've learned to accept it and more than anything, am appreciative of how well this mat performs and for its reliability. ## Features - Soft silicone is PVC-free and provides cushion to protect sink, glasses and dishes from scratching and chipping - Feet elevate mat to allow for water flow and aeration - Pattern allows for cutting a hole to accommodate most drain openings - Small Sink Mat is the perfect size for most double sinks - Heat-Safe silicone for placing pots and pans in sink directly from stove. I agree the product is pricey however it is superior to any sink mat I have bought prior. The product resists staining and its color holds up after months of use. (yes, I delayed my review to confirm its durability). I never have to scrub down this mat with any abrasives. I clean it with sponge and dish detergent (dawn). The food does not get trapped under the mat as it has a construction design in which it sits slightly higher to allow small crumbs to slide to the strainer. I recommend this product ## Frequently Bought Together - OXO Good Grips Silicone Sink Mat - Small,Silver - Cukwily Sink Saddle, Kitchen Sink Mat, Divider Protector Mat, No Odor, Super Soft, No Stains, 12.83'' x 11.1'' - OXO Good Grips Small Sink Mat,Gray --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/9343777-oxo-good-grips-silicone-sink-mat-small-12-75-x](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/9343777-oxo-good-grips-silicone-sink-mat-small-12-75-x) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
