Has anyone used this for process flows, I'm sure it'll work but I want to know if I can distribute these to my team as an effective tool for brainstorming, capturing req's and such? Thank you in advance

I've used it for diagrams and flows.. "solutioning", etc.. I lay it down on a meeting table and we brainstorm. Its portable and works good on the go..

Can you use any brand of dry erase markers with it?

Even with the best quality markers, this product will stain. The laminate used is not meant for use in whiteboarding. You are much better off buying tiny square whiteboards that fit on your lap for $5 than this product, which has been a major disappointment.

It sound like it is only used on a flat surface, like a table. Has anyone used it on a wall, like a chalkboard for giving presentations to an audience

The clear laminated space between each index card (which allows it to fold up) makes it difficult to write across multiple index cards. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love this product and use it all the time, but most of my writing is very small and contained within individual cards. I don't think presenting to an audience would be very pleasant for the presenter or audience.

Can you use liquid whiteboard cleaner or windex to clean it?

Whiteboard cleaner yes. I have never used Windex. I love this product. I use it to practice whiteboarding on flights and in my hotel room when I am on the road.
