Don’t think I get much benefit from this pop reduction but just the act of rubbing the oil in relieves some discomfort on painful knees and ankles

It appears to be working. its not as fast as the adverts though.

Excellent results.I had some fluid on my knee joint making it difficult to bend. Stress sometimes triggers it.I didn’t want to go back on medication for it as it was a very strong prescription.I massaged the ginger oil day and night to begin with, focusing on draining the fluid back to my thigh, then towards my core.I looked at lymphatic drainage techniques to ensure I was doing it correctly.Within the first 2 weeks, the fluid was moving higher up from my knee joint, allowing me to bend it. 2 weeks after, it had reduced and went towards my thigh.2 months later, the fluid has pretty much dispersed. I do still use it most nights, as it smells lovely and soothes the area.All in all, would definitely recommend. You should perserver with it, as results take time.In the long term, it’s very worthwhile and something you can always resort to, to help.

Nice oil, soaks I’m easily. Can burn a bit if you apply too much or apply it to the face! Not sure if your even suppose to. It has been particularly beneficial for easing my leg cramps in the night. I also find if I rub a little on my temples it relieves my headaches nicely. 😌

I have only just received the oil, smells nice but I havn't actually used it yet, & I had to pierce with a needle to get the oil to out which I didn't expect, but no problem, looking forward to using on my feet and ankles which are a little swollen due to auto-immune illness.
