Beautiful bread pan. There should’ve been a more stable shipping box used and not an envelope but there was surprisingly no damage. Heavyweight, crisp, clean lines, be careful because the folded edges are sharp. Good quality material. I’m glad I didn’t get the lidded pan. I bought the longer one with a lid years ago and haven’t used the lid yet. We don’t really have much square bred in New England. Can’t wait to make my daily loaves in this pan soon. Worth the wait.

Finally! After months of trial & error on many different bread pans, I've found one that retains heat & bakes evenly. Hefty weight & amazing quality! Love that it has tall sides compared to the usual loaf pans. It may not be as aesthetically pleasing as the other color-coated non-stick pans on the market but it works wonders. I'm glad it's not coated so there are no issues of the color degrading or transferring onto the baked bread. With light greasing, bread is easy to remove. Pops right out! If that doesn't work for you, try placing a little strip of parchment paper 😊 Very impressed! I've already ordered another one! 👍🏻 P.S. I did not order the ones with the lids as I did not require it.

Gave up on a new bread machine purchase due to poor QC on some parts etc and after figuring out that all bread machines appear to have the same components and are produced the same way regardless of brand name, I decided to do it the old fashioned way. We went to gluten free for my son, so making those breads are much easier and not really any different than using a bread machine minus the mixer. No kneading. If you are like us, this was a simpler solution and no rolling the dice with more bread machines. This pan was recommended on one of the online recipe forums and I’m glad I purchased it. The breads come out wonderful and look like store bought, only they taste better. I don’t bother with a big oven and it fits perfectly in my toaster oven. No pulling out paddles or dealing with holes from a bread machine either. Reading reviews before buying caused me to be on the lookout for chipping or corrosion. Before I made this purchase, I read a review about properly seasoning the pan after each use. I continue to apply coconut oil to the pan after releasing the bread and just place it back into the hot toaster oven while the oven cools down. After about 15 uses of the pan, it looks exactly like the day I received it. No chips, no corrosion. I recommend using a small dish brush, the pointed ones that are conical in shape to get any crumbs out of the seams. I don’t use detergent to clean, only water, wipe the pan with coconut oil and put it back into the warm oven.

Have been using it for 8 months now. This is a very good Loaf Pan and I love it. I hope it has a lid for my milk loaf bread but with this price, it is completely acceptable. The bread is heated evenly, and the pan is easy to clean. Here are the step I take to bake: 1. Spread butter evenly across the pan (5g butter) 2. Bake your bread 3. Take out the bread and let the pan cools down 4. Clean the pan with very hot water (you can use a pressure nozzle for easier cleaning) 5. Dry it with kitchen towel 6. Sit it upside down to dry the gaps And you are done, non-stick and no rust! Put it somewhere dry and wait for your next baking time!

First time I bought this item. I love the sturdiness of the pan and longer length and taller height over other loaf pans. My brioche bread turned out beautifully and the non stick feature of this loaf pan made for easy removal of the bread. No mess when it comes to cleaning because of the non stick feature.

I was looking for a pan for my gluten free bread as I was looking for one that had taller walls. The gluten free bread doesn't really retaine shape and it was overgrowing my old pan and instead of an normal looking slice of bread it looked like a deflated mushroom. This is great to use, although another cm or 2 ( taller) would have been amazing. The bread bakes beautifuly in it evenly troughout, no leakeage and washes very easy. It retained very well it's shape and have been using it 3 times a week for the last couple of months now. I do grease it before placing the dough and the breaf just slides out. Very happy with this purchase
