Love it! I should definitely use it more. It's got great support and stretches well, just be careful not to make it too tight on yourself. It really helps when I know I'm going to be moving around a lot and my pregnant belly is feeling extra heavy. I'm 36 weeks pregnant now, I really don't use it as much as I should but when I do, I can definitely feel the difference in less back pain and it's a bit easier to move around. I only keep it on for about 2 hours at a time though, and find that I do need to adjust it a couple times before I leave it alone because I make it too tight for myself sometimes and it'll make sitting uncomfortable. Overall, great stretch, great quality, comfortable fabric.

I have used a similar belt almost 7 years ago with my first pregnancy and it was such a big help especially in the last trimester when the baby weight in the belly puts pressure on the lower back. I bought this again and I wear it often to relive that lower back pain while Carey the baby in the belly. The additional velcro straps really help to adjust the tightness instead of having to take off the whole belt.

I have an hour glass body shape and wear a size 18-20. this belt fit and helped relieve my back pain. it was comfortable to sit in. It was more comfortable when I wore it over a long tank. The boning can poke a bit so that's why I found it helpful to wear it over something. I would not recommend if you are bigger than a size 20.

Not as thick as the photo. I think it helps a little with support but not as much as I'd hoped it would. The Velcro is also not very strong and comes undone very easily. Ok for standing not good for moving around in.

Sadly this product did not work out for me for multiple reasons. The first reason and why I returned it was because I could tell it was a return from someone previously and it had hair and animal fur all over it! The second reason is because it didn’t fit me properly. If you get this product really inspect it before using it and make sure it is a brand new one.

So during my pregnancy, I wasn't able to wear it because for some reason my baby girl did not like it when I would put it on. I am due in October 2024 so I will wait until after birth to use it so it can help my uterus go back to normal.

I loved this! It really helped support the weight during the end of my second trimester into birth. I was working up until birth and working in the medical field this helped me be ony feet and fit well under scrubs and regular clothes (dresses, yoga pants, sweatpants)
