Has anyone tried using this to bend stainless steel threaded rod?

That will be too hard, for stainless steel rod. Not recommande with this bender.

Is this any good for 15mm copper pipe?

ACCORDING TO THE SPECS. ON MINE IT ONLY GOES UP TO 10MM SO i GUESS NOT.
