The book is very beneficial but I would like to have an audio tape (DVD) of the same book if possible. It has enlightened me to so many avenues which has helped my company a lot. Good helpful book, used as a tool to check quickly any task!

A practical collection of tools and techniques clearly explained to allow application to real life operations. This book is designed so that it can be dipped into as and when necessary and includes a wide variety of tools that can be used to address a range of business issues.Of particular interest to those new to working in Warehousing and Transport where nothing similar exists.

Really enjoyed reading through the book, refreshing some old ideas and use of certain tools and being introduced to new ones.I will use these to work with several operational management team members not only to further their own skills and development but also to help them optimise current warehouse activities under their respective control.It has also encouraged me to help them become more professional, and now plan for them to attend more logistics events
