I got mine about a year ago and the version currently shown has a cantilever tray which mine doesn't. I think they have changed the design as I wouldn't have bought it if it had. I don't see how it provides additional storage as it will prevent you using all of the top tray. Either way, it is a really good tool chest with smoothly running drawers. Fully loaded with three socket sets, two sets of spanners and a few other useful bits and pieces it weighs a ton!
