This product is a complete piece of trash and product support is none existent. The company needs to have it installed or actually free up customer support to get their trash product to work. In addition has been over 7 months and the trash company that rips people off with their products still hasn’t gotten ahold of me. I threw their trash into a landfill. Is where it belongs not in a car screwing up the system.

Installed in 2013 Ford Edge (key start) Pros: only 3 t-harness connectors to install, uses factory remote. Works well. After watching a few videos on YT, reading instructions on web, and going thru the paperwork multiple times - I figured out what they "meant" which wasn't clear. Takes longer to disassemble and reassemble the dash than to connect and program. I'm glad I got the OBD t-harness model - no wire stripping. Cons: directions are a little convoluted and confusing (programming the transponder, waiting on LEDs, which is the "data" connector), put a tech support ticket in on Monday and it's been 3 full days and they haven't called back. I had to figure it out on my own but got it done. Over a year later, this has been a nice addition to my car. It's reliable and easy to use.

Easy to install. Snice I don't install these eveyday the programing part likes to fight a bit but with some patients it will work. The odb2 extension doesn't match the original place but whatever its aftermarket no big deal.

It was easy to install, I read the instruction at least 3x before I started to make sure that I understood it well. There is also a YouTube video on how to install it. My wife loves that there is no additional remote needed! You just gotta make sure that you have two original keys. I will attach a video to show how it works. The connector to the ignition switch wouldn’t seat correctly. The connector needed to go another 1/4” into the socket to make contact and latch. I fought with it under the dash for an hour, with no success. I contacted tech support through their website. 3 days later they replied that I needed to jiggle the connector. By that time I’d returned this unit and purchased from another manufacture.

Had to take much more of the dash apart than anticipated. Key unpaired once since I installed it and had to take it all back apart. So far it works alright. Other than it being a pain to install it works as intended.
