KLUTZ Melt & Mold Jewelry Craft Kit

I really like this product. Clear instructions, fun, easy, and cute! But the plastic hardens really quick so you have to mold it quickly. When the plastic hardens, it’s very sturdy and hard, not like silicone or something like that. I wish it came with a little more polymer clay discs though. But it’s a really great product! I Recommend it.

This is a really cute set for young girls. I bought this for my 10 year old for her birthday and it was one of the first things she wanted to play with. It was a little hard to get the hang of doing, and it does require supervision since you need to use hot water, but we still had fun with it!

It is so easy to make things with this craft! Throw one or two colors into a glass of water for a few seconds in the microwave and it was ready to go.I really like that we were able to take bits of molds that we did not like and re-melt them to try again. Creating a necklace was easy and fun for my daughter to poke the tool through the mold as it was hardening.I'm a huge fan. We made a bunch of things when she opened it around two weeks ago; she was walking around today wearing one of the necklaces that she created. She is so proud of the necklaces she has made with this!

My daughter likes giving gifts to her friends, but she gets easily bored making them sometimes. This was easy and fast enough to do that she did not get bored, but cute enough that she felt proud giving them to her friends. It also allowed her to play with her creative side. Nice kit. We (both of us) liked it so much I got her a 2nd one.

This is really cool and EASY to use.My 8 yo is OBSESSEDwe use a microwave safe dish, some water, polymer disk inside , heat for about 30 seconds and put inside the mold, cools quickly. Its super fun just need to find out where I can get more disks because we pretty much used them all up in 30 minutes

Fun jewelry for kids to wear but as an adult I was struggling to make these. I boiled water and the plastic was hard to get into the molds. I messed up many times with the 2 color mix and ended up with a solid color. I did 90%, it while my 10 year old niece watched me.

This kit is more suited for preteens and even then should have adult supervision because in order to properly melt the plastic disks the water needs to be just shy of boiling. We tried both hot water and the microwave technique, both worked for us. When molding a charm, make sure to plan ahead if it needs a hole added to it because the plastic cools and sets pretty quick. Can get messy due to the glitter and plastic melting everywhere.

This is a great craft and my girls loved it so much we bought it again.Unfortunately, we must have received a return because there were no polymer discs in our second package. Really sad that dishonest people would buy this,, steal the discs, then and return the package, leading to some very disappointed children and us being left with an unusable kit. We have missed the return window so we are just out the money spent.
