Q: 185mm wrist what size is best for me? Dont want to be on last or 1st hole if possible.

Hello This is as near perfect to the original band on the FITgear we only had to change one side so would expect it will be in same position as your original when on your wrist.

Smaller size - large one starts at 190mm so would be loose on your wrist.

Q: What is the buckle made of as my skin reacts to metal strap fasteners?

It looks to be metal, but the buckle seems to be 'epoxy coated' by a non-metallic material. I don't think this should affect your skin. The whole strap and buckle is soft on the skin Hope this helps

Q: My wrist is 190, which one should I get?

I bought the large straps so I could put it on my ankle when I'm at work. 190cm is the last hole on the small and the tightest on the large one so personally I would go with the large as I like a bit of room under the watch.
