Even though the picture shows 11 prop items, when the package arrived I only received 5 pieces from the set. At that point I went to double check my order and noticed it says somewhere "(5 props)"... which of is confusing to me because 1) I thought I would of course be getting all 11 props included in the product image and 2) if I was only supposed to receive 5 props--how was I to know which ones I would receive? Not the end of the world but long story short I felt completely mislead by the product picture so other potential buyers, FYI!

Well I didn't read the description very well and got the worst out of the assortment. Wanted the Tree, elf and Santa hats and didn't get any of them.

We received the red reindeer antlers that are supposed to jingle and they never did work. One antler broke after one wear. We received the tie as well and it is very long. The spring Santa hat is cute, but is hard to keep on your head due to the shape.

They look nice but the lights on the two pieces that are supposed to blink do not work

The products we received were fine, but the picture used to promote these, were misleading. We received a santa hat, elf hat, tree headband, elf ears, and another headband that wasn't even shown in the pictures. Were hoping to get some antlers. I think they should revise their advertising. Other than this the products are fine.

Arrived on time for holiday. Nice variety! Overall satisfied.

I feel misled by the company. Although, the products are as expected you only receive five of the props shown and do not know which ones you will receive. Poor customer service- I would rate this product a 4/5 if I actually received all the props.
