I have blood pressure issues. I bought it to help with that. I have only had it 3 or 4 days so I just feel it is very helpful. Will update more later. I have tried the brand advertised on television HUMANN - (as well as their little high $$ heart chews) and IMO - KOS has them beat! It has all natural ingredients, is very reasonably priced and works! And I am not an organic "nut" but it is also organic!
