Can it prioritize specific outlets for backup?** A: J. Ross, no it can't. It has one input and 8 outputs. There is nothing fancy about it. **Q: Does this device also function as a power conditioner? If yes, how well does it perform?** A: The RKPW081915 does not function as a power conditioner. Brandon, StarTech.com Support **Q: Is rack mounting hardware included?** A: No, RKPW081915 does not come with mounting hardware as different styles of racks require different types and sizes of hardware to mount equipment.
