Q: Are these fresh & not outdated? Also is the color Romantique a frost or matte? very pretty but I prefer matte.

Romantique is a matte color, no frost, no shimmer, no glitter. I'm wearing it right now, it's one of my favorite colors. It's a very pretty peachy, pink color. It's not sheer or see-through. If I'm in a hurry I apply 1 coat of base coat and just need 1 coat of this polish for complete coverage.
