Renato Canova is arguably one of the best distance coaches in the world. In total, Canova has coached athletes to thirty-two personal bests better than American Records in events from 800-meters up to the Marathon. His athletes have won multiple World Athletic Championships and major marathons including New York and Boston. Canova is coming off directing Moses Mosop to the second fastest marathon time ever run in his second-place marathon debut at the 2011 Boston Marathon.

Not what I expected.
This is a video of a gentleman speaking to a group of people. I'm a little disappointed because he is hard to listen to because he doesn't speak English the best and because I was looking for notes or something specific --- not a DVD of a speaker.
