I waited to write this to give them a chance to correct their mistake. I took several pictures of the pipe alignment that they glued/ molded wrong. This error causes the back brace to bow inward. Their answer to the solution ... twist it off. Difficult to due since this pipe was glued together... by them. I wrote them again to let them know that their suggestion did not work, and I got a message saying message was undeliverable.
