Q: Is the 30" measured as the circumfrence of the hair net or from in length ..one end to the other when stretched?

Well! to me, I feel that the hair net is not really 30" . However!! I believe that, it is 30" when stretched. but not full enough in the center. I do hope this was a help!!! Thank You

Hi, the length is measured just like, the length of hair. Like: 10,12,14,16,etc…..However, most hairnets are not all equal in size. Like these from Amazon, not true to size. Whatever your hair length; order one to two, sizes larger. Also, it depends on how you want the hairnet to fit, and or look on your hair. So in other words, you are going to have to do a little experimenting to achieve the look you are going for.
