Parts Kit DG257 Replacement for Ducane 5 Burner 30500701/30500097 Gas Grill Repair Kit Stainless Steel Burners & Heat Plates

These were the lowest price set of replacement plates and burners for my old Ducane 3040042 grill. Surprisingly, they are a perfect match to the original parts! I've ordered a few sets before and sometimes the burner tubes have a different number of holes. That can have a major impact on whether they work and in the amount of heat produced. You can see in the photos, the holes in the burner tubes match the old ones and the heat plates fit perfectly. Getting the exact right part for the lowest cost is a big win. Quality is as good and other sets I've received. As with all grill parts, the heat and Florida humidity will cause them to rust away long before I would like.

Every couple years I jave to replace these burners because they crack. The work great, but I wish they would make them out of heavier gauge stainless, to prevent the cracking issue.

Could not find metal gage or thickness anywhere in ad description for this or other replacement products. I read a number of reviews indicating the metal was thin and subpar with OEM specs. Stainless steel burner elements are always thinner than standard steel burner components but I was pleasantly surprised to find metal thickness of the burner tubes and cover plates equal to the material and metal thickness of the original parts. Very happy with the product. Easy to install and met expectations in every way. Would recommend to others and purchase again. 5 SS burner tubes and cover plates for $38 along with free shipping... Seemed like a fair deal to me. Good to have the grill working safe and proper again!

This is prefect fit for the 5 burner Ducane BBQ. Easy remove old ones with few metal screws. Install new ones and reinstall. Ready to BBQ again. It's about 15 min job.

Excellent replacements parts. Made my old Ducane grill work like new. Now, if someone would sell just the flame tubes without having to buy the whole gas valve, I'd have a new grill.

After about 17 years of sitting outside on our patio (in the mid west) and lots of use, the burners and heat plates needed replacing. One of the heat plates was crumbling apart and one of the burners had developed a crack. I decided, while "in there" to replace all of the burners and heat plates. I couldn't find a model number on my Ducan grill but I did find a parts number: 30400042. That number was not listed on the product description but the measurements shown with the product did so I took a chance. Glad I did because these parts were/are exactly like the OEM ones from Ducane. If your Ducane looks similar to the one pictured, these parts should fit. Would definitely recommend these items. As a side note, kudos to Ducane because this grill looks pretty good for being out in the weather (uncovered) for 17 years AND these parts and the thermometer (not OEM) are the only ones that have been replaced during that time.

Great product that fits as advertised. I have ordered these a couple times before to do a quick spring tune up on our grill. As with all grills, burners and heat shield are a what i consider a consumable item so the price point on these parts is pretty good and doesn't break the bank.

Perfect fit for my Ducane Meridian! I disassembled my grill, cleaned it, then installed these and the grill lit right up.
