Where this set are made?

It's a roll pin punch set. Thats why it has the rounded end.

It says there is a 1/8" punch (which is 3.2 mm) but in the picture of the punches with dimensions in millimeters none are close to that. How come?

I believe the millimeters are mis-marked on at least the 1/8" punch in the photo of the punches with the dimensions in millimeters. There is a 1/8" punch in my punch kit and it measures about 3.2mm. The set includes 9 punches in the sizes 1/16", 5/64", 3/32", 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 7/32", 1/4", 5/16". It is a nice set of punches in a convenient case.

Ball tip punch vs. flat punch vs. hollow punch? I can see the difference of course... but which one for a standard looking roll pin in a firearm?

You want to use the hollow for starting the roll pin. Use the ball tip to finish the pin. The flat punches will distort the face of the roll pin, I don't recommend, to remove the pins is ok to use flat

does it come in metric?

Unfortunately the punches I received bore no resemblance to what I ordered. I complained with photo evidince and was refunded my money and was told to keep the product. Although they were too short for most rolled pin removal, they are not without value and I can not complain. Mine are English measurement , they might have metric , but the punch shaft length is more important.
