I’ve had great success with the Wellness Formula, especially when I start taking it at the very first sign that something might be coming on. I don’t do well with pills, and the capsules are on the larger side, but the benefits I get from taking them are absolutely worth it. I just reordered the Source Naturals Wellness Formula for myself and family. We've been taking this supplement for several years now and have been very pleased. We typically will take this supplement for the following reasons: 1. Someone feels like a cold may be coming on 2. During travel and vacation when we around a lot of people 3. During times of stress (work, final exams at school, etc.) Based on our actual experience, we have found that this supplement can really help to boost the immune system. As you know, it is NOT a cure for the cold, but can help prevent or minimize the duration of colds or other bugs. Regarding side effects, the only thing we've experienced is your bowel movement may be a bit looser than normal when taking a higher number of capsules daily for cold prevention; however, we have found this not be problematic and if taking for more than a few days; your system should adjust. The smell is awful, but I believe it prevents, or lessens impact of colds/flus etc. Good for travel.
