Standard Bench with 80lbs to 100 lbs Vinyl-Coated Weight Set for Strength Training Lifting for Home Gym

The wait for the bench set was well worth it. It is a great starter set for the young adults looking to strengthen & tone their bodies. The cost was a value and the delivery ended up faster than advertised.

This is a great beginner's bench. Went together easily, one person in about 30 mins.

%100 worth it if you aren’t looking to pay more than the listed price in terms of benches I would give it a 3 but for its price it’s a 4. It’s can get a little wobbly but overall after using it for about a month I can say I feel very safe on it. The worst part about this product is the weights! I can only load the weight on the floor the bar is so thin and light if I were to put even 10 pound on one side the other side will come flying up so be careful when loading weight. If you’re looking for just a bench I suggest something else but for the bench and weight it’s a good buy. The building process was very simple you will need to buy some tools because it doesn’t come with the tools need for assembly but everyone should have a wrench laying around the house. A one person job two just makes it easier. Please make sure to clean before use after cleaning it I had about 20 black wipes. I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

It’s heavy! The box is a 2 person job. Anyway, assembly took about an hour by myself and had some issues with the seat but I managed. I couldn’t be happier. 28 years old, 155pnds 5’10 and in high school I maxed out at 140-150 pounds bench press and this is a great way to start building it back up. I’m excited to work out! I ordered Friday and received it Sunday morning around 9am. And if you think 100pounds in weights are not enough and you haven’t worked out in years.. (it’s more than plenty) I cannot even do 12 in a row on 70pounds on the bar but it’s all about reps right? I have the two 25 pound weights on the leg press for now and do not mind adding more for the legs. It’s worth every bit of $200 you have to be insane not to scoop this up. Yes the bar is a bit smaller but if you’re like me and getting back into things.. go with this before you embarrass yourself at a gym.

Ok not great. To narrow. Cannot do a proper bench press. A little cheap in quality. Itd be great for a high schooler but otherwise not that good for a person who has worked out most of his or her life. Just ordered a real bench and weights to replace it.

We love this for our home gym. My wife has started lifting weights and she was wanting to do more for her leg workout. We have enjoyed the workout effectiveness and the quality of the equipment. It is still designed to give me a great workout as well. It is sturdy, and it was exactly what we were wanting to add to our home gym.

The bench press and weights are very nice and was pretty easy to put together, however due to its heaviness it had a lot of delivery requirements and it took about three weeks to arrive, even though the Amazon site made it look like ot was a two day delivery.

Delivered late and delivered the wrong bench! I ordered the mid-width bench but received the standard width version. This is not even useful for anything as it is very tight. It was packaged in a way that the box was almost fully covered so I could not see the product label. Only after bringing this down to the basement which took a great deal of effort, and cutting through the industrial bindings, did I find out that it was the wrong one. Now I don't even think that packing it up back again and bringing it all the way up to the garage is worth the refund. I also don't know if UPS can pick up past 7:00 pm which is when we are available. This is such a wasteful mistake, I wish amazon had a better policy around things like this, because a refund is in this case, is not even amicable. Was waiting for this to arrive for almost 2 weeks too. This is probably the last time I buy gym equipment from amazon.

Excellent product for beginners. Pros : Price. For someone who starts to train and is not sure where it will lead, its perfect, because you don't spend a fortune for this bench. Very easy to assemble You can adjust the height for the seat to make multiple exercises Cons : Its small. If you are big, the grip is not very wide and the seat is short but its a beginner bench so... The barbell included is very basic. I suggest to everyone who wants to buy this bench to buy a Sunny Health&Fitness STBB-60 at the same time. Its about 60$ and its worth it. The bar itself is 20 lbs to you get you weights to 120 lbs instead of 100 lbs. You can still use the one included for exercises outside the bench like Bent over rows and Biceps curls. Other thought : If you get it shipped by UPS, make sure to plan the delivery (see UPS website) a day you will be there. This bench comes in 1 big box that weights 150 lbs. The delivery man won't be able to unload it on its own.

This bench is decent for the price. It assembles very easily & takes up a small amount of space. Everything included for the price that it is, is worth it in my opinion. Great for anyone starting a home gym!

So I just purchased this and have done a couple workouts with it. It is a great value for what it costs, and I believe this is targeted at newbies like me or maybe if you're sick of lunks at the gym lol. Pros: Compact size means it fits pretty much anywhere. Solid enough assembly and easy to assemble. Comes with enough weights to get you started. Cons: Well, for one the box it came in was badly damaged during transport (I assume) but with 150 pounds of stuff it's gonna get dinged up. One of the 25lbs weights had damage on the edge of it but it's a weight and I don't really mind that. I'm 5'7 and it is a good fit but I think bigger folk will want something bigger. The barbell... well it's short for a barbell so you need to be pretty precise when returning it to the holder. also, you need to be careful when switching weights as the bar's weight is not enough to support just one 25lb weight so you'll have to hold the bar in place while getting another weight on one side. (being Goro helps a lot here) Also, if you plan on using the barbell for weighted squats, depending on how much weight you use, you may have to sit on the bench (completely lower the backrest to decline position) to get the barbell onto your shoulders, then kind of lift it off, swing leg over and move to start your squats. Taller people might find this a pain imo. Bottom line? I like this set. For what I paid, I got a nice little training set that will help me with my workouts and progressive overload. I can replace the barbell later on when I outgrow this one. Also like the leg developer. Would recommend!

Its working out fine for me right now, but I would for sure want to upgrade one day. Good price if you are just getting into working out. Pros: Price - allows you to work out your quads and hamstrings / chest - and i use the Bar to do deadlifts and weighted squats. Cons: Its a bit wobbly. It came in one box that was extremely heavy. If you are doing bench press, the groves you put the bar on is too tight, it often catches on my hands as i'm putting the bar down and it hurts. Since the bar it comes with is so light, you cannot put weights on one side and then move to the other side to put weights on - it will fall off the bench. I have to put the weights on, on the ground and move it up to the bench afterwards. Overall: It works just fine - its exactly what i thought it was - but don't expect anywhere near the quality you would get at a gym.

i love the bench got it today easy put together dont need Allen key at all just 2 vice grips did a workout value for the price Thank You
