**Q: Are the two connectors 3 pin males? Or are they females? Cause I need 2 x 3 pin male connectors.**
A: I believe that the 2 connectors are 3 PIN male connectors. But until I get home I wont know. However, if the 2 3 PIN conectors turn out to be female, l will post an update to this comment.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Can I plug 4 pin fan to the power supply with this?**
A: Yes you can.  I have gotten these cables in the past to connect 4 pin fans.

**Q: do i plug the male side into a female or the female side into a male and will this connect to a 3 pin fan?**
A: This plugs into a male molex, and yes this will plug into a 3 pin fan.  Although I wouldn't order this as it is cheaply made, nearly caused a fire in my computer case.

**Q: does this cord have a female or male connector?**
A: 4 pin Molex female to dual 3 pin chassis fan male without fan sensor so can only be used with non critical chassis fans.
