This is best quality l’ve ever had before. The package is beautiful and well made so it protects the pie pan. The pie pan’s metal is thicker than usual and coating is smooth. I love it.

Very easy to use and clean! First attempt making this apple tart for Christmas and it was a success! I put a tray underneath because of the holes and there were butter/water dripped through it.

This is a nice heavy piece. The non-stick coating seems quite thick as with other of Chefmade’s bakeware. (I also own its baguette pan.) For its maiden voyage, I used it this week to make a bacon, onion, potato cheese tart. In its honor, I made the pastry by hand instead of using something store-bought. The pastry had a lot of butter in it, and given this is non-stick, I didn’t grease the pan. When the tart was done and had rested, I just lifted the pan up from the bottom and the side fell away beautifully. I was worried because the pastry was high enough in places and the egg mixture had seeped down between the dough and the pan. I was expecting a battle royale to get it out, especially because the flutes are narrow. Loved that there was no drama and the crust was nicely curved. Releasing the tart from the bottom is trivial. Just insert a metal spatula and lift the tart away. This was my first time using this kind of tart pan. I love it. It made it easy to make a really luscious dinner.

Bought this tart pan for my pastry shop. And using for weeks now and I am very please. I like the staright on the side and I can cut or sliced of my tarts without breaking it. Unlike my previous tart pan due a vertical side and thin it almost breaks when I slice the tart or pie. I almost waste half of my pie and let my staff to eat. The tart pan is durable and pie cream it sets the texture within an hour putting on the fridge and slice and decorate with my fruit tarts. Unlike my previous tart pan ut take ages to set my cream on the fridge and it still a mess when cutting it. It bakes welk my other tart like cranberry cheese tart and pumpkin pie etc etc. I bought 3 pcs of 9.5 inch and I will order again if I needed more. Thumbs up👍👌.

I purchased this so I could make the infamous NYT Cooking cranberry curd tart, and I was so happy with the quality of the pan. It looks gorgeous, but most importantly, it holds its own in the oven and slides off the tart with zero problems. I had no issues with the crust sticking to the pan in any way, and the fluted pattern looked super nice when I took the tart out.

love this pan. I use it for making quiche. eggs don't stick to the pan.

The product arrived perfectly well packed. I’m very happy with this pie crust baking pan. From my first bake, the pie crust turned out very nice. The pan is very to clean because of the non sticking coating.

My husband wanted a fruit tart dessert for his birthday and I purchased this item to make it. It's easy to use, easy to clean. My tart came out easily as well with the removable piece. The quality is outstanding. Highly recommend. I have only hand washed it and never put it in the dish washer. It's not rusting although I DO dry it right away.
