Saved my life & feet!!
Extreme discomfort 3yrs post bunion surgery on R foot for severe deformities to both feet causing such excruciating pain to the R side right on the joint of the big toe I swear has been the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life & ive had 4 kids, knee surgery at 16 & went through Navy bootcamp less than 2 yrs later!! The deformity to the bones/joint have caused the big toe to spasm & it has crossed over the second toe- i had emergency surgery after incurring an acute stress fracture w slight displacement & extremely severe soft tissue injury to the area they join in the foot-- they removed bone from the big toe & placed a staple there then had to rotate the big toe back to more correct placement instead of it rotated to where the nail was facing to left basically. Screw in there for that, obviously surgery hasn't corrected deformation & I am definitely not wanting to have the L side surgery, let alone whatever they're going to need fix.I was desperate for some very good socks & have never worn compression socks before but when looking at bunion products I ran across these socks & loved the idea of the big toe being separated to prevent rubbing the second (it has totally deformed the toe!!) & the extra padding at the joint of the big toe & along the pinkie toe- my major major problems. The price was a bit daunting at @$22 for 1 pair but I was so very desperate for some relief that I went ahead & got 1 pair. I actually cried when I got them the next day!! They felt so wonderful- the compression is perfect for my high arches & actually feels good, they're not heavy & breathe nicely in sneakers all day, don't really make yr shoes tighter per se. The extra padding is incredibly effective & decreased a lot of the pain there. I would pop my sneakers off at work to show them to a customer w bunions & recommended them highly!!

A jogger's approval
I bought this for my husband and he is a runner. He said that he really likes them and they are very comfortable. He asked for me to buy more.

Not bad, wish was longer
after washing the first time, they seemed to be a little tighter, wish they made longer ones especially when cold out, so ankles wouldn't get cold.

Help separate toe
These are comfortable - I don’t feel I have anything separating my toes and it does space it out. They are of good quality.

Does not hurt severe toe area: supports the deformity
I bought a pair of these bunion relief socks for my son. Trying to relieve his pain, I tried several items including a pair of toe socks with a pad between the big toe and second toe, and a bunion splint. The bunion splint was much too painful for my son, and he complained about the toe sock with the gel pad between the big toe and second toe. However, he successfully wears these socks. I first tape the foot with KT tape to give him a type of support under the sock. I wish that the socks could be ordered individually for left or right feet. That's the reason for the 4 stars on my overall rating. Excellent quality product. My son is pleased with this. He has mild cerebral palsy which caused his deformity. At 37, it is just now bothering him, and currently he has weekly acupuncture treatments to alleviate the pain. The sock definitely helps him along with acupuncture, herbs, and the KT tape.

Comfort and ease make these socks worth the price.
The padding on the socks for my bunion makes my shoes so much more comfortable, and the separation for my big toe makes it easier to put my gel toe spreader correctly placed. The cost is more than I usually pay for socks, but they are worth it.

Bunion Blister Preventer!!
I recently started a walking exercise program and I have a bunion on my right foot. I got a wicked blister on it after a couple of days. I then purchased a toe spacer for bunion relief but my sock still rubbed uncomfortable on my bunion. I asked a local running shoe store if they had a sock for those suffering from bunions. They introduced me to these socks. I loved them so much that I ordered 3 pairs on Amazon. They have great, high compression throughout the arches, extra padding in the bunion area and great overall support. I have not had any trouble at all with my bunion getting a blister since. I highly recommend. I will be purchasing a pair for my mother and my daughter who both suffer with bunions.

Pretty amazing pain relief
So, I’ve struggled with a growing bunion and plantar fasciitis for over a year. Getting out of bed is incredibly painful and the warm up period is 30-40 minutes, during which I hobble about in agony. Walking is not something I can do with any pleasure, let alone as a form of exercise. I ordered the Bunion Relief socks with a pile of other devices, desperate for some relief. Well...I got my relief and can actually walk again. The pressure is gentle and after some time I feel the force exerted on the great toe to gently put it back into place. I get up and I can walk...and the prospect of walking for exercise actually sounds enticing rather than impossible. I’m so grateful for the relief from pain and increase in mobility!

Bunion Relief Socks - Surprisingly comfy and supportive to wear.
I'm suffering from Hallux Rigidus in my great toe and slight bunions (Hallux Valgus), resulting in varying aches and pains in the forefoot, ball and arch areas. I find these mild compression socks really soothing and supportive for the whole foot, generally relieving pressures.I have worn them in walking boots (with/without orthotic insoles) to help in spreading the load across any pressure points & to improve circulation generally. Additionally, if I have already got aching feet, I find them really supportive as a post activity treatment, before resorting to painkillers. Not sure how long they will last but seem quite well made. Easy to wash by hand and drip dry. They do sit low on the ankles, which I'm still getting used to. So, feels slightly chillier around the ankles & you might feel that they are falling a bit, until you get used to them. They don't move much though. If you suffer from feet problems, I would certainly give them a try.

Not what I wanted
Received these other day, they might give a little cushion where your bunion is but they don’t help align the toe straight, still need toe separators.
