Would this work with 18cm centre feed rolls?thanks

It works with 21cm width rolls. You can’t use the larger ones.

Is the base silver stainless steel ?

As the picture shows, the base is ‘silver chrome’ with a black inner base.

It’s not heavy a few ounces do lightweight
