I give two stars because the dust pan it came with can still be used (not that I needed another dust pan) Bristles are pretty flimsy.* UPDATE: Seller contacted me and offered to send me a new one. The difference was night and day between the two broom handles. The new one we received snaps together as expected. Their manufacturer should make them all the same quality so a% of them fo not end up in our landfills. Which is where my first one is going.. Bristles are still pretty flimsy. Could not sweep pebbles or leaves off patio, So do not recommend for outdoor use.
